News on dangerus dogs legislation: In August 2016 the RSPCA launched its report: Breed Specific Legislation – A Dog’s Dinner. The report presents scientific evidence that Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) is ineffective at protecting public safety, reducing dog bites and compromises the welfare of many dogs affected by the law.
